Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request

Please fill in the form below to request an RMA# for all products returning for service. Once you have received your RMA#, clearly mark it on the outside of the box. Put all of your contact information: name, phone number, email address and return address, inside the box.

NOTE: All parts related to the functionality and installment of the product (caps, connectors, batteries, ground leads, etc.) are required to be returned ON the item for inspection purposes.
